2019年3月25日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）發(fā)布公告稱，對(duì)化油器及包含化油器的產(chǎn)品（Certain Carburetors and Products Containing SuchCarburetors，案件號(hào)337-TA-1123）作出337調(diào)查部分終裁：對(duì)本案行政法官于2019年2月28日作出的初裁（Order No. 43）不予復(fù)審，即終止對(duì)美國Husqvarna Professional Products, Inc的調(diào)查，并發(fā)布一項(xiàng)同意令。

2019年3月5日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）發(fā)布337調(diào)查部分終裁：對(duì)本案行政法官于2019年2月21日作出的初裁（Order No. 37）不予復(fù)審，即基于和解終止對(duì)美國Frictionless World, LLC, of Denver, CO的調(diào)查。

2019年2月13日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）發(fā)布終裁：對(duì)本案行政法官于2019年1月29日作出的初裁（Order No. 34）不予復(fù)審，即基于和解終止對(duì)美國 Buffalo Corporation of O’Fallon, MO、美國Target Corporation of Minneapolis, MN的調(diào)查。

2018年12月4日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）發(fā)布337調(diào)查部分終裁：對(duì)本案行政法官于2018年11月29日作出的初裁（Order No. 31）不予復(fù)審，即基于和解終止對(duì)美國FNA Group, Inc., of Pleasant Prairie, WI的調(diào)查。

2018年11月28日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）發(fā)布終裁：對(duì)本案行政法官于2018年11月6日作出的初裁（Order No. 29、30）不予復(fù)審，即分別基于同意令終止對(duì)美國North American Tool Industries of Huntington, IN、美國Amerisun Inc. of Itasca, IL的調(diào)查，并分別發(fā)布一項(xiàng)同意令。
