2020年10月14日，美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）投票決定對(duì)特定視頻處理設(shè)備及其組件和數(shù)字智能電視及其下游產(chǎn)品（Certain Video Processing Devices, ComponentsThereof, and Digital Smart Televisions Containing the Same）啟動(dòng)337調(diào)查（調(diào)查編碼：337-TA-1222）。

2020年9月10日，美國(guó)DivX, LLC, of San Diego, CA向美國(guó)ITC提出337立案調(diào)查申請(qǐng)，主張對(duì)美出口、在美進(jìn)口和在美銷售的該產(chǎn)品侵犯了其專利權(quán)（美國(guó)注冊(cè)專利號(hào)8,832,297、10,212,486、10,412,141、10,484,749），請(qǐng)求美國(guó)ITC發(fā)布有限排除令、禁止令。
